We are thrilled to invite you and your daughter to the premier XCP Dads’ Club event of the year: the 2025 Xavier Dads’ Club Father-Daughter Ski Trip! Registration: To register, you must have attended the October 8, 2024, Dads’ Club meeting. Registration opens shortly thereafter, and spots fill up quickly, so don’t delay!
Information Needed for Registration:
- Attendance at the October 8, 2024, Dads’ Club Meeting
- Email addresses (Xavier email for girls), cell phone numbers, and birth dates of all participants
- An emergency contact
- Height, weight, and shoe size for those renting equipment
- Credit card for payment and an active PayPal account
- Names of preferred roommates
Big Gator Discount: Big Gator members receive a discounted price. You can sign up to become a Big Gator on the registration form to save $100 per participant.
What’s Included:
- Travel by luxury motorcoach
- Lodging at Purgatory Village
- Use of the Durango Mountain Institute (DMI) hospitality suite
- Snacks on buses and in the DMI
- Welcome reception at DMI
- Breakfasts at Hoodies, with sack lunches available
- Lunches and dinners at DMI (with beer/wine)
- Senior Dinner at Sow’s Ear for seniors and senior dads on Sunday
- Dad’s reception on Sunday night
- Hoodie for each daughter and long-sleeve tee for each dad
